The Swedish-American Executive Women’s Conference was launched in 2003 with the purpose of creating a network for executive women in Sweden and in America, harnessing the collective power of these women’s talent, energy and vision.

The annual conference, held alternately in Stockholm and New York City, has ever since its foundation grown in importance and significance.
This year’s conference will be held in New York City on May 5, at the Pricewaterhouse Coopers headquarters on 300 Madison Avenue, with the theme: Is there a future for the future?

He defined it as people perceiving “too much change in too short a period of time.” So, how shocked are we? And, more important, how much shock are we in for going forward? Can a business be future-proofed? And if so, how?
