Thousands of visitors will come to ScanFest this weekend to enjoy a smörgåsbord of fun and a long list of entertainers. Watch demonstrators making lace, weavings or even wooden toys, or browse the many Scandinavian arts and crafts sites. Sample Scandinavian or American food or shop at one of the numerous vendors. Enjoy watching traditional dancers, and listen to Scandinavian songs and soloists, and the music of accordions and bands. Check out the fourth annual wife-carrying competition or enjoy Telge Glima’s astonishing combination of games, history and bruises … Performing Viking games and the entertainment of common people way before the computer...
