The league leaders remain deadlocked at the top of the 2012 Allsvenskan as both Häcken and Elfsborg played to draws. The teams chasing the top duo, however, suffered somewhat as AIK drew with Elfsborg while IFK Göteborg knocked off Malmö.
The race remains tense as Häcken and Elfsborg top the standings with 46 points while third-place AIK remains in striking distance with 44 points. Malmö remained in fourth place with 43 points.

Göteborg 2, Malmö 1
MALMÖ—Hannes Stiller had a goal and an assist to lead a suddenly surging IFK Göteborg to a 2-1 win over Malmö Sept. 27 at Swedbank Arena. Tokelo Anthony fired MFF in front in the opening minute of play and the lead held until the 67-minute when Tobias Hysen scored off a pass from Stiller. The striker scored the game winner 21 minutes later.

Syrianska 4, GAIS 1
GÖTEBROG—Syrianska dropped GAIS one step closer to relegation, handing the Göteborg side a 4-1 loss Sept. 28 at Gamla Ullevi Stadium. Dinko Felic had a goal and assist for Syrianska. Haris Skenderovic, George Mourad and Yusef Saleh also scored for Syrianska. Romaria Pereira scored his first goal of the season for GAIS.

Åtvidaberg 2, Djurgården 1
ÅTVIDABERG—Kristian Bergström had a goal and an assist to lead Åtvidaberg to a 2-1 win over Djurgården Sept. 26 at Kopparvallen. Emil Bergström put DIF in front after 48 minutes. Kristian Bergström tied the match in the 69th minute. He set up Oscar Möller for the game-winner in the 77th minute.

Mjällby 1, Kalmar 0
SÖLVESBORG—Mjällby notched a 1-0 win over Kalmar Sept. 26 at Strandvallen. Pär Eriksson scored the lone goal of the match in the 38th minute. The goal was his 12th of the season.

Norrköping 1, Örebro 0
ÖREBRO—Nikola Tkalcic scored the only goal of the match to lead IFK Norrköping to a 1-0 win over Örebro Sept. 27 at Behrn Arena. Tkalcic tallied in the 62nd minute.

Gefle 1, Sundsvall 0
SUNDSVALL—Gefle picked up an important win in its fight to avoid relegation, knocking off Sundsvall 1-0 Sept. 26 at Norrporten Arena. Mikael Dahlberg scored the lone goal of the match at the 62-minute mark.

Häcken 2, Helsingborg 2
GÖTEBORG—Dioh Williams scored twice to help BK Häcken grab a 2-2 draw with Helsingborg Sept. 27. Williams struck in the third and 74th minutes, giving him three goals in two matches. His performance wasn’t enough. David Accam and Nikola Djurdjic scored to pull HIF level. The Helsingborg duo has scored in four consecutive matches.

AIK 1, Elfsborg 1
SOLNA—AIK held league leaders Elfsborg to a 1-1 draw Sept. 26 at Råsunda Stadium. Viktor Claesson put Elfsborg on top after 24 minutes. Martin Lorentzon tied the match at the 56-minute mark.
