ÖREBRO – Nordin Gerzic scored twice to lead Örebro to a 3-1 win Sept. 16 over last-place Gefle. Paulinho Guara put ÖSK in front after 13 minutes while Gerzic tallied in the 25th and 33rd minutes. Hans Berggren scored a second-half goal for Gefle.

Kalmar 1, AIK 0
SOLNA – Kalmar halted AIK’s progression away from relegation, beating the Gnaget Sept. 22 1-0 at Råsunda Stadium. Daniel Mendes scored the lone goal of the match at the 53-minute mark.

Åtvidaberg 2, Djurgården 1
ÅTVIDABERG – Oscar Möller scored his team-leading fifth goal of the season to lead Åtvidaberg to a 2-1 win over Djurgården Sept. 15 at Kopparvallen. Möller scored what proved to be the game-winning goal at the 82-minute mark. Mattias Jonsson scored in the final seconds for Djurgården, his first tally of an injury-plagued season. The victory was the third in four games for AFF, while it snapped a four-game winning streak for DIF.

Trelleborg 3, Brommapojkarna 0
BROMMA – A crowd of just 1,291 turned out at Grimsta IP Sept. 16 to watch slumping Brommapojkarna lose for the sixth time in seven matches, this time dropping a 3-0 decision to Trelleborg. Ibrahim Koroma, Marcus Pode and Joakim Nilsson all scored second-half goals for TFF.

Mjällby 2, BK Häcken 2
SÖLVESBORG – Goalkeeper Mattias Asper turned goal scorer as he tallied his first-ever Allsvenskan goal off a free kick to give Mjällby a 2-2 draw Sept. 15 with Häcken. Asper scored off a free kick in the 90th minute of the match. Matthias Ranegie scored twice for Häcken, giving him nine goals on the season.

Elfsborg 1, IFK Göteborg 1
BORÅS – Referee Martin Ingvarsson handed out 10 yellow cards and one red card as he struggled keep order in a 1-1 draw Sept. 22 between Elfsborg and IFK Göteborg at the Borås Arena. Ingvarsson booked five players from each side. Elfsborg striker James Keene received a red card in the final of the minute. Tobias Hysén gave IFK an early lead when he scored at the 5-minute mark. Jon Jonsson tied the game in the 54th minute.

GAIS 1, Halmstad 1
GÖTEBORG – Tommy Jonsson scored six minutes from time to give Halmstad a 1-1 draw Sept. 22 with GAIS at Gamla Ullevi Stadium. Björn Andersson put GAIS in front after 21 minutes.
