Nordic fare, flare, images and voices took over at the Exhibit Hall in the Veteran's Memorial Coliseum, Portland, Oreg. as it housed the 27th Annual ScanFair on Dec. 3 & 4. The annual event is organized by the Scandinavian Heritage Foundation.
