Malmo and Lund best for bicyclists.
Malmo, at the top closely followed by Lund, is the best municipality in Sweden for people who bike. For years, both municipalities have invested in a balance between long-term strategies, follow-ups and investing in infrastructure and information, according to Cykelfrämjandet (an organization for bicyclists), which is responsible for the investigation.

The municipalities that are not doing too well when it comes to biking are Gotland, Nybro, Härnösand, and Tomelilla – all of which, according to Cykelfrämjandet, lack a proper strategy.
